Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Dusty Herbs! We make sure every order is packed carefully and reaches you safely and on time.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.
• We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
• During sales, festivals or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed if there is any delay.

3. Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, your order will usually be delivered within:

Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, or because of weather, strikes, courier delays or other situations beyond our control.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available across India.
• A COD fee of ₹90 applies to all COD orders.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees and India Post, to make sure your order reaches you safely and quickly. The courier partner for your order depends on your delivery location.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp on the phone number used at checkout. You can use this link to track your order in real time.

8. Delivery Attempts and Return to Origin (RTO)

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If the order cannot be delivered after 3 attempts (because of an incorrect address, the customer being unreachable or the order being refused), it will be returned to us (Return to Origin, or RTO).
• Prepaid orders: if an order is returned to us, you can choose to have it re-shipped by paying the shipping charges again, or to receive a refund of the product amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• COD orders: if a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, Dusty Herbs may disable the COD option for your future orders.

9. Correct Address and Contact Details

Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code and phone number are correct and complete when placing your order. Dusty Herbs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package looks damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, record an uncut unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
