🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Dusty Herbs

At Dusty Herbs, we take pride in delivering premium-quality dehydrated fruits, herbal powders, and essential powders. Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are food-grade consumables, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • You must provide clear photos and unboxing video proof

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference issues

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

💰 Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed after product inspection.

  • Refund amount will be issued after deducting:

    • Shipping charges

    • One-time use packaging/handling cost (if applicable)

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

If the order was shipped under a “Free Shipping” offer, the actual shipping cost incurred will still be deducted from the refund.

🔁 Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you may choose:

  • ✔ Replacement (subject to product availability), or

  • ✔ Refund as per the deduction policy mentioned above

📍 Return Process

  1. Email us at herbsdusty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, issue details, and attach photos/videos.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

Do not ship the product back without confirmation from our support team.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened dehydrated fruit packs

  • Opened powder products

  • Essential powders once unsealed

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
